Job Description

Blueslag Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives, including freshers and experienced professionals (6+ months), to join our growing team. If you're passionate about eCommerce, have a basic understanding of Shopify, and are eager to build a career in sales, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the eCommerce sector
  • Pitch Shopify store development, redesign, SEO, and other eCommerce solutions
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
  • Follow up with leads and close deals to meet monthly sales targets
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and Shopify updates
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or tracking tools

Required Skills & Experience

  • Freshers with knowledge of Shopify or eCommerce are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with 6 months+ sales experience (especially in IT/eCommerce services) preferred
  • Good English communication skills – both spoken and written
  • Basic understanding of the Shopify platform and eCommerce business models
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Salary

  • ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and performance)
