Email Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will excel in creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns using automation tools to engage our audience, support account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage email marketing strategies, including drip campaigns and automation sequences, to generate qualified leads.- Write compelling email copy that resonates with our target audience.- Execute email campaigns using tools such as Lemlist, Zoho, Mailchimp, Pardot, HubSpot, and more.- Analyze email campaign performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, click-through rates) and optimize for better results.- Collaborate with the marketing team on ABM strategies to drive lead generation.- Stay updated with industry trends and ensure best practices are followed in email marketing and automation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in running and optimizing email automation campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Zoho, Mailchimp, Pardot, HubSpot.- Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, integrating email automation to generate and nurture qualified leads.- Hands-on experience in creating effective drip campaigns and workflows for lead generation.- Excellent copywriting skills tailored to email marketing.- Ability to analyze data and continuously improve campaign performance.
