Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly motivated Email Marketing Specialist to drive our email marketing strategy, execution, and analysis. This role is pivotal in creating personalized, engaging, and performance-driven email campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create content for various customer segments.
Design workflows for customer onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Content & Design
Craft compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing templates.
Automation & Tools
Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, Hubspot) to set up campaigns.
Design and manage email sequences, drip campaigns, and A/B testing.
Data Analysis
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Create detailed reports and actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Maintain and segment email lists to ensure quality and compliance with GDPR/PDPA regulations.
Customer Lifecycle
Develop lifecycle email programs to enhance customer retention and upsell opportunities.
Work on lead nurturing campaigns that align with the sales funnel.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-4 years in email marketing, preferably in Saa S or B2 B.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret campaign metrics.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
