Automation Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Automation Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in CRM systems, ODOO, email marketing tools, and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing Automation
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Set up automated workflows and segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, purchase history, and other data points.
- A/B test email templates, subject lines, and call-to-actions for continuous improvement.
2. CRM and ERP Management
- Manage customer data using CRM systems (e.g., ODOO or similar platforms) to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.
- Integrate CRM and ERP systems with email marketing tools for seamless data flow and reporting.
- Develop and maintain lead scoring and tracking mechanisms in the CRM for targeted campaigns.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
- Generate detailed reports and provide insights for strategy adjustments.
- Utilize CRM and ERP data to identify trends and opportunities for customer retention and acquisition.
4. Collaboration and Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align email strategies with overall business goals.
- Recommend strategies for improving customer journeys through automation and personalization.
- Maintain best practices for email deliverability, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with ODOO CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their role in business processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus.
