Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our product team. As an Associate Product Manager at OLX India, you will play a key role in the development and management of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and business objectives.


What You’ll do :


  • Product Development Support : Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Feature Prioritization : Collaborate with senior product managers to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • User Stories and Requirements : Write clear and concise user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  • Product Launches : Support product launches by coordinating with marketing and sales teams, ensuring timely delivery of product updates and enhancements.
  • Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics tools. Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement solutions.
  • Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and address user pain points.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, user guides, and release notes. Prepare regular reports on product performance and progress.


Who We are looking for :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Product Management , Product Lifecycle and Analytics
  • Good to have B2C
  • Proven track record of success in product management roles, with a focus on traffic acquisition, user acquisition, or growth in online marketplaces or similar digital platforms.
  • Experience in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
