Purpose of the Role


Yum Decision Sciences is an artificial intelligence-based consumer insights and marketing performance analytics business (part of Yum D&T division) focused on deploying proprietary algorithms and machine-learning models to help brands understand consumer behavior and make informed media, promotions, and pricing decisions. Kvantum serves mainly internal brands around the globe (Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, The Habit Grill) and serves select Fortune 100 brands, as well.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Establish, implement, and oversee production timelines across various departments.
  • Lead the execution of all stages in the product lifecycle, including conducting product planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategy into comprehensive requirements for prototyping and final development by product dev team.
  • Collaborate closely among functional owner, developers, and teams throughout the product development, QA, and release for product release.
  • Prioritise features based on their impact on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide support to the Product Owner by addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Assess project status and adjust the scope, schedule, or budget as needed to meet project requirements
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact for project updates and modifications.
  • Cultivate and mentor the project team to enhance performance, offering direction, purpose, and motivation.
  • Lead projects from initial requirements gathering to deployment, defining schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation plans, and mitigating risks along the way.
  • Allocate and oversee resources to optimise project efficiency and achieve maximum deliverables
  • Communicate project outcomes and/or risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plans.
  • Establish and manage processes for scope management throughout the project lifecycle, establishing quality and performance standards, and evaluating risks.


Minimum Requirements:

Graduate / MBA – 8-10 years of work experience with product development team on different phases of product lifecycle.

At least 3 years of experience as product manager.

Strong experience in Data Analytics.

Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams

Ability to prioritize workload, observe time constraints, and meet deadlines.


Preferred Requirements

BTECH / Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
