Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Manager for Pharma clients. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies for market expansion. The role involves conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing regular sales reports, and delivering presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in business development, sales-Pharma, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the software industry or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
