Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Business Development Manager-Tours and Retreats. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business proposals, participating in industry events, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in conducting market research and creating business proposals
  • Developing relations with recognized travel agents and corporates
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of the tourism, events, and trade show industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any bachelor's degree
