We arelooking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will takeownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment toperformance reviews disciplinary action and learning anddevelopment. To perform well in this role you should haveexperience as an HR manager or other senior roles in the HR teamand knowledge around all legal requirements in thisrole.


HRManagerResponsibilities:
  • Managethe full recruitment cycle including job postings screening resumesconducting interviews and making hiringdecisions.
  • Provideoverall leadership and drive all aspects of humanresources
  • Maintaininga smooth onboarding and offboardingprocess.
  • Resolvingconflicts through positive and professionalmediation.
  • Implementingand monitoring HR best practices in different departments of yourorganization
  • Carryingout necessary administrativeduties.
  • Developingclear policies and ensuring policyawareness.
  • Creatingclear and concise reports and giving helpful and engagingpresentations.
  • Maintainingand reporting on workplace health and safetycompliance.
  • Handlingworkplace investigations disciplinary and terminationprocedures.
  • Maintainingemployee and workplaceprivacy.
  • Leadinga team of junior human resourceassociates.
  • Developand implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and apositive organizationalculture.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in human resources management orequivalent.
  • Minimumof 34 years of experience in relevantfield.
  • Experiencein human resources or relatedfield.
  • Abilityto build and maintain positive relationships withcolleagues.
  • Experiencein educating and coachingstaff.
  • Experiencein conflict resolution disciplinary processes and workplaceinvestigations.
  • Experiencein following and maintaining workplaceprivacy.
  • Abilityto givepresentations
  • Experienceusing computers for a variety oftasks.
  • Competencyin Microsoft applications including Word Excel andOutlook.

Education and Experience: Bachelor s or master s degree inmarketing or a related field 6-7 years of proven working experiencein digital marketing, preferably in an agency environmentDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, emailmarketing, social media, Analytics, and/or display advertisingcampaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge ofwebsite and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 3& 4, SEMRush, etc.) Experience in setting up and optimizing PPCcampaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of HTML,CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Knowledge of GoogleTag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Big Query
