Job Profile:
Recruitment
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria. Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants. Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.HR Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to key business leaders by staying abreast of business and workplace trends. Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth. Key focus on talent review, succession planning and talent development for ensuring that we continually strengthen the pipeline of talent. Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors. Working with key L&D team to deliver function training to support the growth of talent in the function, this may include specialist training. Compensation –Partner with the Compensation Teams to deploy remuneration strategies/plans to attract and reward employees based on business and employee performance. Collaborate with Senior HRBPs and global HR partners to ensure local execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field.
Required skills and Experience.
Overall 8 -10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering role with minimum 4 years’ of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks. Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates. Experience working with management level partners on employee relations, performance management, talent management, leadership development and related strategies. Experience of working in global manufacturing and product-based company. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong business acumen & problem-solving skills.-
