Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant at Mercedes-Benz, you will be the face of one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands. Your role is to deliver a personalized, premium customer experience while guiding clients through the vehicle selection, purchasing, and ownership process. This position requires not just a passion for luxury automobiles but a deep understanding of customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Mercedes-Benz models and options.
  • Present vehicles with expert knowledge of features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process—from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • Conduct test drives and provide detailed vehicle demonstrations.
  • Explain financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on the latest Mercedes-Benz models, features, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership protocols.
  • Support showroom presentation and maintain the appearance of display vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury automotive market; experience with premium brands is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, innovation, and technology.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and dealership software.
  • Valid driver's license; clean driving record.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
