Role Overview:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications on Google Cloud. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, create solution documents and project proposals, and lead a team of engineers, ensuring successful project delivery. This is a hands-on role, where you will not only lead but also actively contribute to coding, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Development: Design and develop enterprise-level AI-driven applications on Google Cloud, leveraging services such as Google Cloud Databases, AI/ML, and deployment solutions.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with end customers to understand and document their requirements, translating them into technical solutions that align with business needs.
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Create detailed solution documents, project proposals, and technical specifications for AI applications hosted on Google Cloud.
  • Project Leadership: Lead project deliveries, coordinating and managing a team of software engineers, AI engineers, and cloud experts to ensure project milestones and customer expectations are met.
  • Hands-on Coding: Actively contribute to coding and technical problem-solving, ensuring best practices and high-quality outcomes. Core tech stack includes Python, Django, ReactJS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Provide technical direction to team members, guiding them on best practices in Google Cloud development, containerization, deployment, and integration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements in project workflows, coding practices, and deployment efficiency, enhancing team productivity and project quality.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on architecting and developing enterprise-level applications, ideally within AI-driven solutions on Google Cloud.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience in Python, Django, ReactJS, Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes. Proficiency with Google Cloud services for data management, machine learning, and application deployment.
  • Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud technologies and tools, with proven experience in deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud.
  • Project Management: Strong project leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills for requirement analysis, and strong communication skills to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholders.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating solution documents, technical specifications, and project proposals.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
