About the role

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and well experienced in salesforce and should have decent understanding on front end development knowledge (JS, REACT, CSS etc). This role is to guide and lead the team to designs and implements the key technical components of the solution and helps direct technical resources to develop and deliver the project deliverables. The Tech Lead should be able to reduces the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life cycle, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives. Additionally, the Technical Lead partners with the required stakeholders to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones. This is a hands-on role that requires significant technical experience and abilities with salesforce.com and related cloud technologies. Uses their knowledge and experience to influence and guide teams and clients.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Software developer with Certinia/FinancialForce PSA experience to oversee the development & Customization for the Certinia/FinancialForce PSA and SFDC applications. You will be acting in a developer role and involved in configurations, Apex coding, system debugging with process & adhering to SDLC Process.

Extensive experience on Salesforce clouds and advanced problem-solving skills

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Software Technical Lead with expertise in Frontend Development. In this crucial role, you will spearhead the development, customization, and optimization efforts for our Salesforce and integrated applications. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, for Custom applications and Salesforce customizations.
• Leveraging your proficiency in Apex coding, configuration, and system debugging to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Adhering to industry best practices, development procedures, and software engineering principles to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

To thrive in this position, you must possess a proactive mindset, an insatiable appetite for learning, and strong research-oriented skills. Additionally, extensive experience with Salesforce clouds and advanced problem-solving abilities are essential prerequisites.

You will also:

• Translates business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and various integrations.
• Act as the go-to Salesforce expert – providing Salesforce technical advice, design direction, and leadership to all team members to advance the project.
• Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce new technologies when necessary.
• Design, build, and configure applications that are highly functional, scalable, and easily maintained.
• Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions including custom platform development (APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and external data integration (middleware tools, Salesforce APIs) Manage data migration and data transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Certinia and SFDC.
• Create and maintain documentation related to the custom applications and SFDC configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, PS Operations, business analysts, finance professionals, and IT professionals to understand the requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, investigate and resolve issues related to Certinia/FinancialForce PSA and SFDC applications, and assist end-users in resolving problems.
• Stay current on Certinia/FinancialForce PSA and SFDC releases, features, and best practices to ensure that the platform is used effectively and efficiently.
• Partner with Certinia PSA Operations owners to ensure proper alignment between our Certinia PSA environment and the needs of the business.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, security, and integration with third-party systems.

· Communicate to the Business stakeholders and Leadership team on any unplanned outages, and plan of action.

· Build and maintain knowledge base for process, systems functionality & operations.

· Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.

· Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing.

Work Experience

· Overall 10+ Years’ experience range with 5 to 7 years’ experience in Salesforce, Certinia/Financial Force PSA, Visual force, and the Apex programming language

· The following SFDC certifications are preferred

o Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect Certification

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Hands-on experience with Certinia/FinancialForce specifically the PSA (Professional Services Automation) module

· Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and integration patterns

· Relevant Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) for integration

· Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript

· Ability to design and implement complex solutions on the Salesforce and Certinia platforms

· Understanding of software development best practices (version control, testing, deployment)

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
