Key Responsibilities
·      Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
·      Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow.
·      Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce solutions, guiding architectural decisions, integrations, and platform scalability.
·      Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and custom-built solutions.
·      Lead a team of Salesforce developers, and business analysts, providing mentorship and technical direction.
·      Manage daily support of the release process and conduct long-term improvements to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
·      Lead the testing and implementation of custom development efforts, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, debugging, managing timelines, and producing technical documentation.
·      Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
·      Champion agile methodologies by participating in and leading scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
·      Ensure DevOps practices are followed, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for Salesforce.
·      Manage Salesforce data integrity, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
·      Stay up-to-date with Salesforce’s evolving features and proactively suggest improvements to optimize business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
·      7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and 2 years of technical leadership experience.
·      Expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative development tools.
·      Prior experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
·      Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.
·      Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations and API technologies, with experience in REST/SOAP API, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
·      Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
·      Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a technical team.
·      Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and best practices for large-scale implementations.
·      Knowledge of Salesforce architecture reviews, code review processes, and best practices for quality assurance.
·      Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms.
·      Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
