Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Chandigarh (Hybrid – Work From Office & Remote Flexibility)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (European Shift; flexible hours)

Note: Female candidates may work from home after 6:00 PM to take calls and respond to client queries. At times, you may be required to take client calls in the early morning or late night; in such cases, compensatory off (comp-off) will be provided.

As part of our ambitious expansion plan, we aim to double our team size within the next two years and are actively seeking high-performing individuals to join our Business Development team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a client-focused and highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our business development efforts. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and contribute to overall sales growth and strategy.

Compensation & Experience

  • Salary Range (OTE): ₹60,000 – ₹80,000/month (including incentives, based on performance and experience)
  • Experience Required: 2–4 years

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in collaboration with the BDE team.
  • Participate in discovery and sales calls to understand client requirements.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and project timelines.
  • Support in achieving monthly client acquisition and project signing targets.

Account Management & Client Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to track project progress and gather feedback.
  • Manage upselling opportunities, scope changes, and negotiations.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM tools with updated client data, communications, and pipeline activities.
  • Prepare and share sales performance reports with the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth project handovers and client onboarding.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, MS Excel, Apple Pages, and CRM platforms.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours as per client time zones.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital agencies.
  • Exposure to proposal writing, client invoicing, and milestone-based project management.
