Growth Lead

Wisemonk, a market leading EOR India SaaS platform targeted at US companies, is seeking a creative and strategic Growth Lead to drive our marketing initiatives and establish our brand presence in the market.

Wisemonk simplifies the process of hiring and managing employees in India for US companies through our cutting-edge Employer of Record (EOR) SaaS platform. We're looking for a talented Growth Lead to help us grow our user base and establish our position as a thought leader in the EOR space.

Job Overview

As our Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality content and effectively distributing it across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content-driven marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Create and manage high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and ebooks
  • Design and produce lead magnets and downloadable resources to attract potential clients
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and relevant organizations
  • Manage our social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
  • Implement and manage a referral program to leverage our existing customer base
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that support the sales process
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with EOR industry trends and incorporate them into our content strategy
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Requirements

  • Upto 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in the HR tech or Fintech space
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling, SEO-optimized content
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with design tools for creating visually appealing content and marketing materials
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in improving search rankings
  • Understanding of the US business landscape and the challenges of international hiring
