- Maintenance & Repair:Perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose technical issues, and repair or replace damaged components to keep equipment functioning optimally.
- Technical Support:Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers, answer technical questions, and offer guidance on proper equipment usage.
- Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve technical problems and malfunctions in machinery and systems, both on-site and remotely.
- Documentation:Keep accurate records of service activities, maintenance performed, parts used, and create detailed service reports.
- Customer Service:Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, ensure high customer satisfaction, and provide training on equipment.
- Collaboration:Work with other engineers, technical staff, and departments to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and improve service quality.
- Safety & Compliance:Ensure that all installation, maintenance, and repair activities comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Inventory Management:Manage an inventory of spare parts and tools needed for repairs and installations.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and develop strategies to improve equipment performance and reliability.
