Ensure minimal errors in ticket issuance processes. Manage billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Minimize cancellations and facilitate timely processing of refunds.Core Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in airlines ticketing, travel management, or related roles. Experience using Amadeus as a Global Distribution System (GDS) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. Certification in Travel and Tourism (e.g., IATA certification) is preferred. Proven track record of successful negotiations with airlines and efficient management of ticketing operations.
