Job Description – Partnership Manager (Consulting Alliances) Experience Required: 4–7 years. Experience with a consultancy firm is an asset. Location: Mumbai (with global travel) Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech + MBA preferred Role Overview We are seeking high-potential Partnership Managers to drive and deepen Intellect’s relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 consulting firms (strategy consulting, advisory, and system integrators). These roles are critical in shaping Intellect’s share of mind within the consulting ecosystem and ensuring our platforms and solutions are embedded in their client recommendations. As part of Intellect’s FUEL (Future Emerging Leaders) program, you will be on a fast-track career path, engaging with senior stakeholders at global consulting firms and aligning Intellect’s cutting-edge fintech solutions with their strategic advisory agendas. Core Competencies Consulting Ecosystem Expertise: Understanding of how top consulting firms (e.G., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Oliver Wyman) influence banking technology decisions. Relationship Building at Partner/MD Level: Ability to engage senior consulting leaders, build trust, and position Intellect as their preferred digital partner. Solution Integration & Advisory: Collaborating with consulting firms to co-create solutions that integrate Intellect’s fintech platforms into their client transformation programs. Thought Leadership & Influence: Skilled in co-developing joint whitepapers, participating in ecosystem events (e.G., Sibos, regional roundtables), and positioning Intellect alongside consulting partners. Global Collaboration: Ability to work across regions (Americas, Europe, MEA, Asia) with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to drive consistent partner engagement. Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Relationship Management: Build structured relationship maps of senior stakeholders (Partners, MDs, Principals) within Tier 1 & 2 consulting firms. Act as the primary liaison between Intellect and consulting firms globally. Joint Go-to-Market Execution: Drive joint account planning with consulting partners for top global and regional banks. Lead joint discovery sessions and solution workshops with consulting firms and clients. Influence Banking Decisions: Position Intellect in consulting-led client transformation programs. Track and report influence KPIs: partner-led introductions, pipeline influenced, deals co-pursued. Partner Enablement: Organise training of consulting firm teams on Intellect’s eMACH.Ai solutions and value propositions. Equip consulting partners with content, case studies, and joint positioning material. Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Development: Co-develop whitepapers, insights, and client-facing materials with consulting partners. Represent Intellect at ecosystem events, panels, and executive roundtables alongside consulting firms. Success Metrics (KPIs) Number of senior consulting stakeholders engaged (Partner/MD level). Volume of consulting-influenced opportunities in the sales pipeline. Joint client engagements and co-created solutions launched. Contribution to Intellect’s visibility in consulting-led events, publications, and forums.
