We are looking for an experienced backoffice executive to join the backoffice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting with various administrative duties.

Job responsibilities

  • Performing basic admin duties including printing sending emails and ordering office supplies.
  • Calling and keeping track of customers whose servicing is pending.
  • Assisting and Coordinating with the sales team.
  • Processing company receipts bills and invoices.
  • Managing and organizing office files documents and records both in physical and digital formats.
  • Assisting in booking tasks such as data entry.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office space.

Job requirements

  • Graduation in any field
  • Freshers can apply
  • Female candidates preferred from In and around Panjim.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills
