Jobresponsibilities

  • Performing basic adminduties including printing sending emails and ordering officesupplies.
  • Calling and keeping track ofcustomers whose servicing is pending.
  • Assisting and Coordinating with the salesteam.
  • Processing company receipts bills andinvoices.
  • Managing and organizing office filesdocuments and records both in physical and digital formats.
  • Assisting in booking tasks such as data entry.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of theoffice space.
