We are looking for anexperienced backoffice executive to join the backoffice team. Theideal candidate will be responsible in assisting with variousadministrative duties.
Jobresponsibilities
- Performing basic adminduties including printing sending emails and ordering officesupplies.
- Calling and keeping track ofcustomers whose servicing is pending.
- Assisting and Coordinating with the salesteam.
- Processing company receipts bills andinvoices.
- Managing and organizing office filesdocuments and records both in physical and digital formats.
- Assisting in booking tasks such as data entry.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of theoffice space.
Jobrequirements
- Graduationin any field
- Freshers can apply
- Female candidates preferred from In and aroundPanjim.
