Admin and Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations
Handle back-office tasks, including data entry, documentation, and coordination
Prepare and manage invoices and billing
Maintain accurate records of all office transactions
Assist with office correspondence and communication
Support the team with any additional administrative duties
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in an administrative or back-office role is a plus
