We are Hiring Back Office / Admin Assistant for a well Known Pharmaceutical company based in Ahmedabad.
Designation: Back Office / Admin Assistant
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
**Skills**
With Good Computer knowledge of MS Excel.
Good Communication Skill in English and Hindi, Gujarati.
Impressive personality.
Should be Eager to learn new thing.
Should be a pro active person with good Inter-personal skill.
1) Operate our billing software to make bills, Performa invoice
2) Enter L.R.Details on software & file the same.
3) Make payment receipt entries on software & maintain written records.
4) Co-ordinate with dispatch team/ godown for ensuring timely dispatches.
5) Generated various MIS report from software.
6 )Maintain various files at HO like sales invoice file / Debit
- Notes file / Credit Notes file etc.
7 )Other Admin Works
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
