  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the real estate sector. The candidate must have a strong track record in property sales, team management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and excellent customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to senior management.
  • Train, motivate, and guide sales executives for higher productivity.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with marketing and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3–6 years) in Real Estate Sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
