Designation: Manager - Client Experience
Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development of client tactical plans and cross-community implementation activities
- Successfully manage client expectations by ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards
- Develop initial client communications, key messaging and related materials
- Build client relationships, confidence and trust (at executional level)
Skills:
- Project management
- Business acumen
- Industry knowledge
- Negotiation and persuasion
- Ability to effectively build internal and external relationships
Experience: 4-5years of experience in Public Relations in handling clients from Consumer, Technology and Aviation sectors. You can also share your resume on
