As we continue to expand our operations and footprint nationwide, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our growth strategy.

Position Overview:

As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of Event Planners, Organizers, and Field Sales professionals while closely collaborating with our clients to deliver exceptional service experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both B2C and B2B sales within the event management or related service industries, with demonstrated success in scaling organizations significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Event Planners, Organizers, and Field Sales professionals to drive performance and ensure client satisfaction.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Implement and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage sales pipelines, customer interactions, and data analytics.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with sales objectives.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies that will enhance our competitive position and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Demonstrate maturity and effectiveness in leading and managing a workforce that includes Gen Z professionals, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and a positive work culture.

Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Location:

This position is based at our headquarters in Hyderabad, with occasional travel required to meet clients and attend industry events nationwide.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Preferably A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience of atleast 10 years in sales and business development roles within the event management, photography, videography, or related service industries.

Demonstrated success in scaling organizations by 5X or 10X through strategic sales planning and execution.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Extensive network of contacts in the event management or related industries is a plus.
