Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Manager – Edify Franchise to spearhead the expansion of our school and preschool network. If you thrive in B2B sales, love building relationships, and have experience in the education/franchise sector, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and convert leads for new Edify School and Edify Kids franchise partnerships.

Generate and manage a pipeline of potential investors/entrepreneurs through various sales and marketing channels.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospects.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.

Maintain long-term relationships with franchisees and provide post-sales support as needed.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for franchise acquisition and development.

Represent the company at education expos, seminars, and industry events.


Candidate Profile:

Experience: 3–7 years in B2B sales, franchise development, or education sector sales.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end sales closures.

Willingness to travel as per business needs.


Preferred Background:

Experience in education franchising, EdTech sales, or preschool/K-12 sector is highly desirable.

Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships or franchise deals.

Understanding of market trends in the education industry.
