About the role
Position Summary:
The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for informing, influencing, and onboarding potential franchise partners to drive business expansion. This role involves managing the entire franchise sales cycle, from providing franchise information to final agreement signing, while ensuring alignment with the brand's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present the franchise business model, financial projections, and operational requirements to potential franchise partners.
- Follow up with prospects, answer inquiries, and provide comprehensive information to facilitate decision-making.
- Coordinate and conduct franchise meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare franchise agreements and related documentation.
- Collaborate with accounts team to get relevant invoices generated
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees and handover to the operations team.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, and periodic sales reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure long-term business success.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (preferred in the same industry).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of franchise models, agreements, and industry best practices is a plus
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
