About the Team Bbot is on a mission to makeoperating a hospitality business a whole lot easier.Our innovative platform has all the tools merchants needall in one place reliable online ordering reporting & analyticstargeted marketing and more.This positionrequires a flexible schedule to work any days of the week neededbased on team scheduling and any time between the hours of 12pm and12am PST

About the Role The Bbot Customer Support team currentlyoffers 365/12/7 coverage from 9am9pm EST.Youmust be flexible to work mornings nights weekdays and/or weekends.Shift times may be subject to change as weexpand our team We primarily manage our ticket queue via email andtext message and provide phone or video support upon request or asneeded.Youll be a strategic problem solver andbecome a subject matter expert in all things BbotYou will be the first line of defense (Tier 1) for allmerchant customer partner and internal postsales escalationsensuring that Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support work together seamlesslyto provide an exceptional service experience when something goeswrong.

Tier 1 is primarilyresponsible for supporting the merchants that use Bbots orderingplatform and will help identify and troubleshoot a wide range ofissues such as menu settings customer UI configurations ticketprinting & routing and reporting reconciliation.To succeed in this role you will need to have strongcommunication troubleshooting and organizational skills and aconstant desire to never stop building your knowledge of ourevergrowing product suite.

You havea Bachelors degree or equivalent amount of work experience2 years of work experience in a related role intechnology hospitality or customer support
