  • We are seeking an experiencedprofessional with excellent communication skills to join the realworld evidence team at client.
  • The successful candidate will have a background inhealthcare and a strong understanding of observational research andreal world data.
  • Experience in drug development is a plus.
  • This role will support internalengagement with both global and affiliate teams to elevate thescientific quality of observational research.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supportintegrated evidence planning in early phase development(development of playbook (IEP execution team) training (IEPdevelopment & refresh))
  • Support RWE Communications and materials
  • Collaborate with cross functionalteams; within global and across affiliate countries/regions toidentify and prioritize gaps in the execution of observationalresearch
  • Facilitatecommunication of observational research processes across global andaffiliate stakeholders
  • Lead presentations to stakeholders regarding RWEinfrastructure tools and data sources
  • Support internships for masters students inthe UK and US
  • Actively adapt and adjust priorities to ensure timelyand quality completion of assigned tasks
  • Perform other related duties as required bythe Department.
Skill Set
  • Proficient in observational study design and methods
  • Familiarity withreal world data source: US
  • Ability to effectively communicate scientific conceptsto cross functional teams
  • Strong presentation skills
Experience
  • Graduate degree in Social Science with atleast two years of experience in real world evidence
  • OR Graduate degree and (5) yearsexperience in real world evidence
