Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Bangalore
Preferred candidate: Experienced professional with relevant experience in Assistant Restaurant Manager level in Hospitality (Pan Asian restaurant preferred.)
Educational qualification: Bachelors in Hospitality or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Train ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Daily Operations: Supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain efficient workflows and high service standards.
- Guest Service:Ensure excellent customer experiences by resolving complaints professionally and soliciting feedback.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales, costs, and budgets, while also tracking expenses and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and develop relationships with vendors to control costs and ensure product availability.
- Health & Safety: Enforce adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff.
- Reporting & Administration: Track key performance metrics, use restaurant management software for analytics, and handle administrative tasks like payroll and reporting.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly with staff, management, and customers.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective decision-making, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Guest Service: A passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules, inventory, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Competency: Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
- Experience: Proven experience in the food and beverage service industry.
