umbai Pav Co, a popular QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chain specializing in authentic Mumbai street food, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our outlet operations in Bangalore. We're looking for a passionate leader who can maintain our brand standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation, service quality, inventory management, and compliance with food safety standards
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff including kitchen crew, service team, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
  • Customer Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality Mumbai street food experience, handle customer feedback, and maintain service standards
  • Financial Management: Monitor daily sales, manage costs, track P&L performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Quality Control: Maintain food quality standards, ensure proper portion control, and oversee recipe adherence for signature items like Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, and beverages
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient procurement, equipment maintenance, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health department regulations, safety protocols, and company policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in QSR/fast-casual dining
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Understanding of Indian street food culture and preparation methods (preferred)
