We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead our team with efficiency and passion. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of driving both service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily reports
- Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and footfall
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Foster a positive work culture and motivate staff to deliver excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations and P&L management
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
