Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for setting up and growing the sales profitably in key markets
• Building entire distribution and sales structure from scratch
• Designing trade promotion strategies, consumer offers, BTL activities and other marketing efforts for growing the sales
• Undertaking execution of aforementioned sales activities in cost and time efficient manners
• Leading the sales team – coaching and monitoring the same, ensuring optimal productivity of the same
• Expanding the distribution coverage in high potential areas
• Strategizing and executing for growing penetration in all class outlets and driving secondary sales growth
• Supporting the management in all domestic sales activities as required
• Ensuring profitability in sales growth
• Responsible for healthy ROI and P&L of designated markets
• Support and execute activities relating to brand building
Requirements
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Adept at MS Office and Data Analysis using SFA apps and MS Excel
• Leadership capabilities
• Willingness and ability to work with senior management and Founder’s team
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in Food & Beverage Industry
• Experience in distributor appointment & handling
