Qualifications and Skills required:

● Bachelor's degree in B.E , Business Administration, Marketing or any other field

● Excellent communication (English, Marathi & Hindi language mandatory) and

interpersonal skills

● Strong analytical and research skills

● Ability to work effectively in a team environment

● Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies is a plus (Optional)

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

● Self-motivated, eager to learn and enthusiasm

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business

opportunities

● Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

● Track and report on sales progress and results

● Assist in creating and maintaining a database of potential clients

● Participate in networking events and industry conferences to develop new business

connections

● Assist with lead generation activities, including cold calling and email campaigns

● Provide support in managing client relationships and addressing customer inquiries

● Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to contribute valuable

insights to the team

The perfect candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of high quantity as well as

quality sales output across all parts of the sales funnel, including

● Prospecting (Call outreach),

● Building proposals,

● Closing deals

Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to articulate ideas that create

material value for customers are a must for this role.

The ability to enhance Sales process efficacy and pursue continuous improvement will be a

prerequisite.

Experience:

● We are looking for someone with 2 years + of relevant industry experience.

● Candidates who have worked with marketing agencies, media houses will be preferred

Must have:

● Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, EasyLeadz etc.

● The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.

Compensation (CTC):

The offered compensation for this position ranges from 4.5 to 6 lakhs based on the candidate's

experience and skill set. There will be an attractive incentive structure based on the

performance.

The candidates’ day-to-day responsibilities will include:

● Using software like Pipedrive, Zoho sales to track and manage sales funnel

● Prospecting (Call outreach)

● In-person meetings with potential customers

● Closing deals

● Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions

Other details

Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday are off)
