  • Good to Have:ReactJS, ISO-8583 Framework, POS knowledge, Maven, Gradle, Linux, Shell Scripting, Cloud Computing, Junit Test Framework, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ.

Requirements:

  • Should have good knowledge in the world of web, e-commerce, Payment, Banking sector.
  • Should be able to build a professional network and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Should be dynamic, persistent, persuasive and rigorous.
  • Necessarily should have a good fluency in English.
  • Should have a Team Handling/Leading Experience.
  • Ability to understand the critical patterns from the performance report
  • Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps practices
  • Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups
  • Demonstrates team leadership, mentoring capability, self-leadership, strong communication skills, and strong project management capability in working with others

Note: For Java Team Lead - we're looking for candidate with Payments/Banking domain. Team Leading experience is good to have not a must have skill.
