Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing the technical team managing data center operations.
- Managing Wintel environments, including installations, configurations, and maintenance.
- Implementing and optimizing virtualization solutions with specific VM technologies.
- Administering backup processes using Veritas tools.
- Handling EMC storage systems for efficient data management.
- Providing support for proxy servers and Microsoft Exchange.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to shape data center strategies.
- Ensuring adherence to security policies and best practices.
- Resolving technical issues promptly to maintain seamless operations.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends for operational enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data center operations.
- Profound expertise in Wintel environments and virtualization.
- Strong grasp of Veritas backup tools and EMC storage solutions.
- Basic knowledge of proxy servers and Microsoft Exchange.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., VMware, Veritas, EMC).
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks.
