Product & Growth Lead

We are seeking a Product & Growth Lead to drive the next phase of expansion across fintech lending and AI-powered financial guidance products. This strategic and hands-on leadership role blends product ownership, growth strategy, and business leadership, ideal for someone with a founders mindset and a passion for building scalable products from the ground up.
Role & responsibilities
Product Leadership
- Define and own the product roadmap for the fintech lending platform.
- Oversee verticals spanning international student loans and U.S. personal lending.
- Build solutions rooted in data, empathy, and customer-centric innovation.
Growth Strategy
- Lead acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across digital and offline channels.
- Integrate go-to-market (GTM) strategies with product development for measurable impact.
- Build and optimize growth loops and conversion funnels.
Cross-functional Execution
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, capital markets, and operations teams.
- Drive rapid experimentation and agile delivery to accelerate learning cycles.
P&L Ownership
- Manage business metrics for product performance, LTV, acquisition efficiency, and net margins.
- Ensure strong unit economics and scalable growth.
Customer-Centric Innovation
- Shape products tailored to the needs of immigrants and underserved credit segments.
- Leverage AI/ML insights for personalization and smarter decision-making.
Scale Infrastructure
- Build scalable playbooks and systems for onboarding, payments, compliance, and support.
- Implement data-driven frameworks to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years in product, growth, or general management roles, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or lending platforms.
- Proven track record in 0-1 product execution building and scaling from scratch or launching new markets.
- Founder's mindset – experience leading or co-founding early-stage initiatives.
- Strong ability to align cross-functional teams toward business outcomes.
- Technical fluency with modern product stacks, API integrations, and data flows.
- Bonus: Experience in AI/ML product flows or personalization engines.
- Highly analytical, with a deep understanding of growth metrics, cohorts, and user behavior.
