Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets for quartz surfaces in various projects such as residential, commercial, and institutional.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders involved in construction and renovation projects.
Project Identification: Identify and evaluate potential projects where quartz surfaces can be used, including new construction, renovation, and remodeling projects.
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of quartz surfaces, including their technical specifications, applications, and benefits compared to other materials such as granite or marble.
Customization Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific project requirements and offer customized solutions that meet their needs while showcasing the advantages of quartz surfaces.
Bid Management: Prepare and submit bids and proposals for projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness while maximizing profit margins.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and installation to ensure timely delivery and installation of quartz surfaces according to project timelines and specifications.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the quartz surfaces market.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management review, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Locations: Delhi, Chennai & Bangalore
Preferred candidate profile
4-6 Years of Project Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction materials or related industries. Experience in selling quartz surfaces or similar construction products is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of architectural design, building materials, and project management processes. Specific knowledge of quartz surfaces and their applications is a definite plus.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, designers, contractors, developers, and distributors. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and business requirements. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit project sites.
Results Orientation: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability for the company.
