We are looking for a performance-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage both Beauty Advisor (BA) and Non-Beauty Advisor (Non-BA) channels in Vizag. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling distributors, managing a team of field executives, and ensuring consistent growth across retail counters and general trade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Distribution:

  • Drive primary & secondary sales across BA & Non-BA channels in Vizag.

  • Ensure width & depth of distribution in general trade and beauty outlets.

  • Team & BA Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate Beauty Advisors & sales officers.

  • Conduct regular on-counter coaching and classroom training sessions for BAs.

  • Channel Development:

  • Expand distribution in general trade, modern trade, and non-BA counters.

  • Strengthen presence in beauty outlets with effective merchandising & branding.

  • Market Analysis & Execution:

  • Track competitor activities, consumer preferences, and market trends.

  • Execute launches, promotions, and activations as per brand guidelines.

  • Performance Tracking:

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Provide sales reports, business updates, and growth plans to Regional Manager.

Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA with 58 years of sales experience in FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetics.
  • Proven experience in BA handling + general trade / non-BA channels.
  • Strong distributor & retail network management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu.
  • Ability to manage a large team and deliver training.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Vizag and surrounding areas.
