BackgroundNAPP Commercial Ventures Pte Ltd. is seeking the services of a qualified web development firm or individual consultant to design, develop, and deliver a professional corporate website. The website will serve as a digital presence for the company, provide information on its services, and support business growth and customer engagement.About the Company: Incorporated in 2025 as company limited by shares, NAPP COMMERCIAL VENTURES PTE. LTD. serves as the commercial arm of Fairtrade NAPP, established to drive market expansion, commercialize services, and ensure the organization’s long-term financial sustainability. Its core mission is to maximize value for Fairtrade producers and traders through access to core Fairtrade services, creating expanded trade opportunities beyond certification offerings, strengthening capacity to meet evolving global market demands, and leveraging regional expertise across the Fairtrade system.2. ObjectiveTo develop a user-friendly, visually appealing, secure, and mobile-responsive website that reflects the brand identity of NAPP Commercial Ventures and supports future business expansion and digital communication.3. Scope of WorkThe selected developer will be responsible for the following tasks:a. Website Design & StructureModern, clean, and professional UI/UX designResponsive design suitable for mobile, tablet, and desktopIntuitive navigation and user-friendly layoutb. Website FeaturesHomepage with company overviewAbout Us section (mission, vision, core objectives)Services and Partners section pagesContact page with inquiry formNews section to weekly updatesPhoto and/or video gallerySocial media integrationBasic SEO setup (metadata, sitemap, Google indexing)c. Technical RequirementsFast loading speedSecure CMS (WordPress or similar)Google Analytics integrationSSL certificate setup & security configurationEmail/contact form integrationHosting setup and deployment supportd. ContentDeveloper to assist with layout content integration (final text and media to be supplied by NAPP Commercial Ventures)e. Training & SupportProvide content management and posting services30-day post-launch technical support4. DeliverablesFully developed company websiteAdmin access credentialsWebsite maintenance guide/manualTraining session for designated staffDeployment of an IT staff for regular news coverage, maintenance etc on monthly cost upon final delivery5. DurationThe assignment shall be completed within an agreed timeline upon contract signing.6. BudgetThe maximum available budget for this assignment is: 600 Euros.7. Payment TermsPayment will be made based on milestones agreed upon in the contract with the selected bidder.8. Eligibility & Required ExperienceInterested applicants must demonstrate:Proven experience in corporate website designAt least 05 samples of previously developed websitesKnowledge of SEO, security, and mobile-friendly designAbility to deliver within budget and timelineAbility to provide post maintenance and content management service9.
