By collaborating with Vedanta Group companies, Spark strives to solve real-world challenges and shape the future of the industry. THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial to lead commercial strategy and deal structuring for Spark’s startup engagements. This role will: - Design monetization models (licensing, subscription, platform-based). - Structure and negotiate commercial deals with startups and Vedanta clients. - Oversee contracts, compliance, and risk-value trade-offs. - Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. IDEAL CANDIDATE 1. 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or deal structuring, preferably in innovation/startup ecosystems. 2. Strong understanding of monetization models for digital/tech solutions. 3. Proven experience in contract structuring and negotiation in multi-party settings. 4. Strategic yet pragmatic, with strong financial acumen and compliance orientation.
