THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial to lead commercial strategy and deal structuring for Spark's startup engagements. This role will:
- Design monetization models (licensing, subscription, platform-based).
- Structure and negotiate commercial deals with startups and Vedanta clients.
- Oversee contracts, compliance, and risk-value trade-offs.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or deal structuring, preferably in innovation/startup ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of monetization models for digital/tech solutions.
- Proven experience in contract structuring and negotiation in multi-party settings.
- Strategic yet pragmatic, with strong financial acumen and compliance orientation.
