THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial to lead commercial strategy and deal structuring for Spark’s startup engagements. This role will: Design monetization models (licensing, subscription, platform-based). Structure and negotiate commercial deals with startups and Vedanta clients. Oversee contracts, compliance, and risk-value trade-offs. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. IDEAL CANDIDATE 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or deal structuring, preferably in innovation/startup ecosystems. Strong understanding of monetization models for digital/tech solutions. Proven experience in contract structuring and negotiation in multi-party settings. Strategic yet pragmatic, with strong financial acumen and compliance orientation.
