We are looking for a
dynamic and target-driven professional
with strong experience in
Digital/IT Sales, Presales, and B2B Business Development
to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets by driving complete end-to-end sales cycles.
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Convert prospects into long-term business engagements by building trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in SME and Enterprise segments.
- Manage the entire sales process including proposals, bidding, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to effectively position company offerings and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasts and regular pipeline updates to management for effective planning.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Maintain high client satisfaction scores and contribute significantly to the organization's overall revenue growth.
Success in this role will be measured by consistently meeting month-on-month business targets, client satisfaction scores, and overall contribution to revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years B2B Sales experience
(IT Hardware/Software, Telecom, or Institutional Sales). - Bachelor's degree (mandatory), MBA preferred.
- SME/Enterprise Sales minimum 2 yrs
experience preferred. - Strong
business analytical, communication & presentation skills
. - Positive, self-motivated, target-oriented, open to learning new technologies.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC:
₹4–6 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance. - P

Mon–Sat | 10 AM – 6:30 PM | Onsite (No Remote)
