Role Description
We are looking for a full-time team member who will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the impact of DRFHE programs- AFL and Dietlogues.You willprovide operational leadership.supervise a team, manage quality assurance & strategize process improvementsensure seamless and timely execution of all programs.leverage your problem-solving and managerial expertise to supervise daily operations.collaborate with various stakeholders involved

IndigoRoles and Responsibilities:
Refine and improve current processes continuously for efficient operations and impactManage day-to-day operations, overseeing the AFL operations team and Dietlogues team of Nutritionists.Monitor team performance, coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operations with organizational objectives.Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with customers, internal business lines, and external stakeholders.Implement quality assurance measures for world-class service to customers and enhance customer service quality and satisfaction. (CSAT, NPS)Solicit and respond to feedback while gaining commitment and support from internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze data to identify process improvement opportunities.Report on operational efficiency and quality standards- weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.Integrate new technologies and business processes as needed.Develop conflict-resolution and service recovery programs.
Qualification and Experience:MBA with at least 12 to 15 years’ experience of handling operationsPharma sales and marketing experience is desirable but not mandatory.Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data analyticsA Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) can be used in lieu of the educational requirements.
