Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Chennai. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating with various departments, ensuring the execution of projects within timelines and budget, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and driving the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, especially in the residential development space
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
