The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring business objectives are met. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, financial management, and maintaining high standards of service and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial and operational management expertise.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, office-based with periodic site visits.
- May require travel depending on business needs.
