Channel Sales :

Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.●

Team Leader :

Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals, including Sales Coordinators, ASMs, and Business Development Executives.●

Distribution Network :

Expand and strengthen our national distribution network by identifying and onboarding key channel partners.●

Sales Process :

Refine and implement sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.●

Growth & expansion:

Develop and execute sales plans, pitches, and promotional programs to achieve ambitious sales targets.●

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage market research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.●

Profit & Loss (P&L) Ownership:

Manage your assigned territory (West & Central India initially) as a profit center, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
