Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Intern role located in Coimbatore. As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for various tasks, including lead generation, market research, and customer service. You will also assist in developing business strategies and promoting our certification programs. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in business development and contribute to the growth of KGiSL MicroCollege.


  • Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other communication channels to promote our services and offerings.
  • Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by effectively explaining the benefits of doing up skilling courses and enrolling with KGiSL MicroCollege.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain daily records of client interactions and sales activities, and report progress to the coordinator regularly.


Stipend And Incentives


  • The stipend for this 3 month internship position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 18,000 per month based on your performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Additional monetary incentives are available based on deals closed
  • On successful completion of Internship, by meeting the sales targets you will be promoted as Business Development Associates with a salary hike.

Qualifications


  • Current passed out or recently completed a Bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in lead generation and market research
  • Customer service experience or skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic understanding of business development concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
